Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were completely under construction but the location on Point Loma across the water was great, and the breakfast was tasty. However, the accommodations were overpriced for the provided facility.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were impeccably clean with great views and had a gorgeous beach vibe with a fantastic balcony. The service was excellent, with friendly and courteous staff who went above and beyond. The location was perfect, beautiful in the late afternoon/evening, and well-maintained. The dining experience was absolutely delicious with stunning views of sailboats. Overall, a fantastic experience with a few minor drawbacks.
Staying at the hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, especially with the giant tub in our suite. Morning coffee on the small veranda was a must-do, a real treat. The service, typical of a high-class establishment, was excellent, although the restaurant could be a bit slow at times. The location, perfect for our event, offered beautiful views of the marina and downtown San Diego. The dining experience, apart from a small delay with the morning order, was delicious, especially the pan-roasted beef tenderloin. The facilities were top-notch with great amenities for the whole family.
